CONDITIONS

These sales conditions apply to all sales of products from www.svensk-technology.com to consumers. Consumer purchases are regulated in, among other things, the Consumer Purchase Act, the Right of Cancellation Act, the Marketing Act, the Personal Data Act, the E-Commerce Act and the Credit Purchase Act. By making a purchase on our site, the buyer accepts the terms of use.

Definition of Parties:

Seller is: British Technology.
Buyer is: the person named as the buyer in the order, and referred to below as you, you, your or your.

Agreement:

The agreement consists of these terms of sale.

Price:

The stated price of the item is the total price the buyer must pay. This price includes all taxes and additional costs. The buyer shall not be responsible for the costs that the seller has not informed about before the purchase.

Conclusion of contract:

Your order is binding when the order is registered online. You still have the right to cancel the purchase according to the law on the right of cancellation. Once the order has been received, an order confirmation will automatically be sent to you.

Payment:

Payment is required when the buyer places the order.
Minors can buy goods over the internet if they have the money themselves.

Delivery:

Delivery has taken place when the buyer, or someone he or she has commissioned to receive or transport the goods, has become aware that the goods have been made available to them at the place of delivery.

Information is provided in the online store:

British Technology tries to provide good descriptions of products in the way they are manufactured. It is reserved, however, that typographical errors may occur, which may mean that it cannot be delivered in accordance with information given in the online store, marketing or otherwise. We also reserve the right that detailed product descriptions may differ, for example the type of content products are made of. We also reserve the right to cancel your order or parts of it if the product is sold out. In the event of sold-out situations, you will be notified of this and you as a customer will be able to choose another product. It is also reserved to cancel your order in the event of unforeseen technical errors in modules of the online store solution.

The risk for us:

When buying on consignment, the risk for the goods passes to the buyer when he receives the goods delivered. If the consumer has asked a third person to receive or pick up the goods on his behalf, the risk passes when he has received the goods in his possession.
If the goods are lost or damaged before physical possession is taken over, the seller therefore bears the risk of this. If the goods are lost or damaged after physical takeover, the buyer bears the risk.

Right of withdrawal:

All items can be returned within 14 days of receipt. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original labels and tags attached. The product must be undamaged and packed in the original box for us to return money. The product must be returned together with all accessories - charger, box, user manual, etc. If the product came as a gift from us, the gift must be returned together with the product you bought. The product must be returned within 14 days of receipt, the first day being the day it was originally delivered and you must also contact customer service via email before the item is shipped.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs and all costs associated with such customs costs. Svensk Technology takes no responsibility for possible return shipping costs.

Warranty:

There is a 2-year warranty on all our products.
