Returns and refunds
Thank you for your purchase from British Technology. We hope you are happy with your order. However, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item for a full refund. Please read the full policy below.
ORDER CHANGES
If you wish to make changes to your order (such as correcting the delivery address or cancelling), we cannot guarantee these changes will be possible. Your order may already have been packed and shipped before we see your request.
RETURNS
All items can be returned within 14 days of receipt.
All returned items must be:
In new and unused condition
With all original labels and tags attached
Packed in the original box with all accessories (charger, box, user manual, etc.)
If the product included a gift, the gift must also be returned.
If the product is not returned in its original condition, 50% of the value will be deducted from the refund.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and any customs fees or charges.
We suggest that returns are sent with a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for lost return shipments without tracking.
If an item is not picked up or if the customer provided an incorrect or incomplete address and the item is returned to us or lost, and the customer requests a refund, 50% of the product value will be deducted from the refund.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
Contact our customer service by email at info@british-technology.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please tell us whether you want to return part of your order or the entire order.
Clearly write your purchase number on the return package. Without this, we cannot process your refund.
Ship the item back within 14 days of receipt (the first day counted is the day after delivery).
REFUNDS
After we receive and inspect your return, the refund will be processed within 5 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Depending on your bank, it may take a few additional days for the funds to appear in your account.
You will be notified by email once your return has been processed.
EXCEPTIONS FOR DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us at info@british-technology.com.
In case of damage covered by warranty, we will send a replacement product. Refunds are not provided for such cases.
