Returns and refunds

RETURN POLICY:

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are satisfied with it. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us for a full refund only. See below for more information on our returns policy.

RETURNS:

All items can be returned within 14 days of receipt. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original labels and tags attached. The product must be undamaged and packed in the original box for us to return money. The product must be returned together with all accessories - charger, box, user manual, etc. If the product has come with a gift from us, the gift must be returned together with the products you have purchased. If the product is not returned in the same condition as received, we cannot refund 100% and a fee of £35 will be added.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs and all costs associated with such customs costs. British Technology takes no responsibility for any return shipping costs and the package must be sent with a tracking number so that we can track it. Any package sent without a tracking number, we cannot guarantee the refund if the package is lost.

Please note that if the item is not picked up by the customer and the package is returned to us or the customer wrote the wrong address and the package is lost, we deduct 50% of the value if the customer wants a refund.


RETURN:

To return an item, please email customer service at:

Brit-technology@hotmail.com within 14 days of receiving the product and let us know if you want to return just a few items or your entire order.
Please note that you must write your purchase number anywhere on the package, otherwise the refund cannot be processed.

The item must be returned within 14 days of receipt, the first day being the day after it was originally delivered.

REFUNDS:

After receiving the return and checking the condition of your item, we will process your return. It may take up to 5 working days from receipt of the item to process the return. Refunds may take a few days to appear in your bank account, depending on the bank you use. We will notify you by email when the return has been processed.
We will refund you to the same payment method you used to pay.

EXCEPTIONS:

For defective or damaged products, please contact us by email so we can send a new product. In the event of damage covered by the warranty, we will only send a new product instead of returning money.
